We decided to make avocado egg as soon as we saw the video from a friend. (I don’t know the name of this dish, just named it Avocado Egg… … haha)
尝试后,发现,其实很简单,而且美味。但是,我们要注意的是把牛油果中间挖足够的空间,以便能塞下这颗水煮蛋。
After tried, I feel, it is easy to make and tasty, but we need to make sure that there is enough space in the middle of Avocado for the egg.

材料准备(1个牛油果蛋的分量):
Materials (For 1 Avocado Egg):

*一颗牛油果(不要太硬)
an Avocado (not too hard)
*一颗鸡蛋
an Egg
*几片培根
several pieces of Bacon
*少许的油,用来煎培根
a little bit oil for frying bacon

步骤1:牛油果去皮,从中间切成两半,去果壳。
Step1: peel avocado, cut it into two pieces from middle and remove the core.

步骤2:用勺子将中间的部分多余的果肉取出,给鸡蛋留有足够的空间。
Step2: use spoon to make enough space in the middle of Avocado for the soft-boiled egg.

步骤3:将一张保鲜膜铺在小碗上方,将鸡蛋打入保鲜膜中,一起放水开水中煮。
Step3: put a piece of folio on top of a small bowl, crack the egg into it.

步骤4: 鸡蛋煮3-5分钟,时间长短根据个人喜好,要蛋黄完全煮熟还是要稍微液体状。
Step4: boil egg in the folio for 3-5 mins, it depends on your personal preferences.
步骤5:将水煮蛋放入牛油果中间,将另一半牛油果合起来。
Step5: Put the boild egg in Avocado and cover it with the other piece.
(to make sure that there is enough space for the egg)
步骤6:将培根缠裹在牛油果蛋上。
Step6: wrape it with bacon.
步骤7:将锅放在中火上,将油倒入锅中,开始煎培根包裹的这颗牛油果蛋,所有面都煎好后,出锅。
Step7: Place the pan over medium heat. Add a bit oil till it becomes hot, put warpped avocado on the pan slowly. Saute each side till bacon is done.

When I am eatting, I prefere to add a bit soysouce and seaseam oil on the egg.
