Niuzhatang is popular in China, the best Niuzhatang is from Taiwan.
牛轧糖在国内很流行,尤其台湾的牛轧糖要数最好的了吧。
Since it is easy to cook, we often make it at home.
因为做法比较简单,所以很多家庭都会在家做牛轧糖,then let’s make NiuZhaTang together:
材料:
- butter 黄油 80g
- peanuts 熟花生仁 300g
- marshmallows棉花糖 300g
- milkpowder奶粉 200g (In China, we have all kinds of milkpowder, for adult, for kids… in Germany, you can use baby’s milkpowder, like Bebivita,etc. )

How to make it?
如何制作牛轧糖呢?
Step 1:
Melt 80g butter in a pan, heat over low heat.
小火在锅里融化80g的黄油。

Step2:
Add 300g mashmallow into the melting butter, stir frequently until the mashmallows melt.
在融化的黄油中加入300g的棉花糖,慢慢搅拌,至融化。

Step3:
Add all peanuts (if you would like you can add dry berry / other nuts) into the melting mashmallow and continue stiring.
加入花生仁(可以根据自己的口味加入其干果)。
Step4:
Since hot mashmallow is so sticky, we need foil to wrap it.
warp the hot niuzhatang and make it flat, leave it in fridge for 20mins.
afterwards, cut it to small peaces. then it is done.
因为棉花糖很粘,建议准备保鲜膜,将棉花糖混合物盛入保鲜膜中,包裹起来,擀平。之后放入冰箱20分钟,待棉花糖不是那么粘好切拿出。
拿出后切成小块,完成~
