First of all, happy birthday to myself.

Last friday, i invited good friends for chinese food and i made my favorite milk tea for us. All of them love it. so i must share the recipe with you.
Milk tea is very popular in China, especially the milk tea from hongkong, we call it
Hongkong milk tea, one of my favorite drinks.
MATERIALS:![]()
Black tea: 30g
Water: 700ml
Evaporated milk: 200ml
Suger: 45g (Optional, it depends on how sweet the evaporated milk is.)
Ice cube: Many (if you would like to drink warm milk tea, then don’t need ice cube)
PROCESS:
Step 1:
Boil water in a pot, when the water is boiling, leave the tea in the hot water and boil for 3 mins. I recommend to use tea bag in stead of using tea filter. If the tea filter is big enough, that is also a good option, but this time, mein is too small.

Step 2:
Mix the black tea with 200ml evaporated milk.
I used Nestle Milch Mädchen, this is already too sweet for me, so i didn’t add extra sugar.


It is done! Yeah!
You also can put the hongkong milk tea in the ice cube bucket to cool down.

In summer, cold milk tea is very popular like ice coffee, but in Autumn and winter, i perfer to drink the warm milk tea.
